Hey Everyone!

Welcome to #MicroMondays Edition 3!

I co-host this with Varad@LERT and this week we have a 61-word micro-fiction challenge. The excerpt is taken from “Conversations with God” by Neale Donald Walsch. I have been reading this book for a long time but have never finished it. Not that it is not interesting, it definitely is. But as they say “When the student is ready, the teacher appears”. I just think I am not yet ready, spiritually! Anyway, without further ado, this week’s prompt is

Drum roll!

“GOOD AND BAD DO EXIST” to be used Verbatim.

Here is my entry for this week:

The Initiation

“Good and bad do exist, even in this world.”

Really? I thought I was done with sin and punishment and all that.

“Sin? Punishment? Haha! Here it only matters how good or bad you are at being scary.”

Hmmm… I think I might like this place after all!

“Sure will. First stop: Ghost fashion 101. Then off to scare some humans. C’mon!”

Happy Halloween!

Ha ha perfect for Halloween 🙂 Lovely!

I love Neale Donald Walsch. He’s my go-to author when I am stressed or feeling defeated. It’s like a gentle guide through rough times. Do you also know that this principle of Good and bad existing within us is a theme elegantly explored in an Elizabethean play, ‘Dr.Faustus’? Fascinating work. Do read if you haven’t 🙂

Haven’t heard of the play before Shailaja. Will definitely look it up. Thanks for reading and liking?
